Step 3: Interview & Hire
Take your time to assess the shortlisted talents, provide feedback, and interview with confidence. Each talent is pre-vetted for communication skills and technical capabilities, reducing guesswork and the risk of wrong hires. Even non-technical managers can assess talents mainly on the VIBE check.
No-Obligation Interview: You are not obligated to hire unless you are 100% confident and satisfied with the talent.

Step 2: Review & Shortlist the Matches

Pre-interview Assessments: If you wish to assess the technical capabilities of candidates further, you can share your tests, and the candidates will be happy to complete them.
Step 4: Onboard & Manage

30-Days Replacement: You always have the option for a replacement if you face challenges with the talent, which Hire India fulfills without any hassle.
Easy Cancellation: In unfortunate events where you no longer require the talent or face constant performance challenges, you can opt for cancellation by giving a 30-day notice period at any time.
